Sustainability
What does it mean?
We sure see and hear it a lot!
Noun -the ability to be maintained at a certain rate or level.
Avoidance of the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance.
The pursuit of global environmental sustainability.
Sustainability means meeting our own needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In addition to natural resources, we also need social and economic resources.
Therefore, sustainability is made up of three pillars: the economy, society, and the environment. These principals are also informally used as profit, people and planet.
In addition to including green spaces, examples include: Minimizing Non – Renewable Energy Consumption – Using as many recycled products as possible. Using Environmentally Preferable Products.
However, it refers to four distinct areas: human, social, economic and environmental – known as the four pillars of sustainability. Check out the article below:
Myth: Sustainability Always Costs More
Renewable clean energy is probably the most obvious example of sustainability.
Here are three examples. Solar energy: Once the sun’s electromagnetic radiation is captured, it produces electricity and heat. Wind Energy: Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power.
The cost of being self-sustaining is quite low, so long as there is arable land, water, shelter and community.

What are the challenges: Social barriers, population growth, paired with unsustainable consumption and production patterns among the wealthy, are the biggest social challenges to achieving sustainable development in the world? Absent of a significant change in human behavior, sustainability will not ne potential.
For that matter, all things seem to indicate that the real date of concern (drop dead – literally) is 2030!
